At TrishKey Publishing, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products and standing behind everything we publish. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Digital Products — General Policy

All products sold through TrishKey Publishing — including eBooks, PDF workbooks, audiobooks, and online courses — are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase.

Because digital products are downloaded or accessed immediately after purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been delivered or course access has been granted. This is standard practice across the digital publishing industry and is consistent with the terms of most major digital content platforms.


Our 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of everything we create.

If you purchase a TrishKey Publishing product and feel it did not deliver on what was promised — contact us within 7 days of your purchase date and we will make it right.

To be eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee:

  • Your request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • You must contact us directly at trishkeypublishing@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your concern
  • The request must relate to the content or quality of the product — not a change of mind after download

We review every request personally and respond within 2 business days.


Bundles

If you purchased a bundle and your concern relates to one specific product within the bundle, we will work with you to find a fair resolution. Refunds on bundles are assessed on a case-by-case basis.


Online Courses

For the 28-Day Book Publishing Course hosted on Thinkific:

  • If you have accessed less than 20% of the course content and request a refund within 7 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund
  • If you have accessed more than 20% of the course content, refunds are at our discretion based on the nature of your concern
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind once significant course content has been accessed

Paperback Orders

For physical paperback books ordered through our print-on-demand service:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photograph of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • We do not accept returns of undamaged physical products as each copy is printed on demand specifically for your order
  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us and we will investigate immediately

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us immediately at trishkeypublishing@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.
